【Cambodia】 Green Wave Tree Planting!

Chumkiri Primary School was established by the community. It is located in an under-developed area with a very limited educational system. The school's environment has very high temperatures and lacks greenery so CFP tree planting activities were well needed.

On May 21, 2011, the pupils and teachers decided to start tree planting activities in the school compound in celebration of Green Wave Day. They planted trees together and are content with the conservation so far. Even though the trees are still young, they hope it will provide the fresh air and shade for the students in the near future.
